Shipping General:

PROMO CODES:  When using free shipping with promo code know we currently ONLY ship to the US 48!  We will use ground shipping of our choice.  We appologize we can not ship else where at this time.

2Market2 currently accepts PayPal, which includes most major credit cards. Please be sure to include the correct shipping address at checkout. We can only ship to the shipping address provided.

2Market2 currently only ships within the United States 48!!!.

How will my order be shipped and what are the shipping fees? 

Our preferred shipping providers are UPS and USPS. All orders are usually processed and shipped out within 2 to 3 business days. 2Market2 is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier (USPS or UPS) and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. All shipping costs are determined by the amount of the items purchased, please see shipping chart. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please email us at: Standard delivery time is 4-11 business days within the continental United States. Orders are not shipped until credit card authorization has been verified and cleared.

How to I know the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your item has shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking number. You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account at

Shipping - Notifications

When domestic shipping labels are prepared online and printed, customers will receive notification via email from either the USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping method selected. If you do not receive this email within 2 to 4 days after placing your order, please check your Spam/Junk mail folder or contact us. This email will include your Delivery Confirmation Number (if USPS) or Tracking Number (if UPS). Please note that the USPS Delivery Confirmation service is not an actual Tracking number, but rather simply shows when the label was printed and when the item was delivered at its final destination. We therefore strongly urge all customers to carefully consider their shipping option in relation to the final destination. UPS with signature confirmation is strongly recommended for larger, urban areas.

Shipping - Transit & Insurance

Once an order is given to a shipping carrier, the package then becomes that carrier's responsibility and 2Market2 is no longer liable. All orders shipped via UPS automatically include up to $100 insurance. If you would like to include insurance on a USPS order, please contact us directly.

Shipping - Incorrect / Insufficient / Misdirected Address / Order Cancelation

If you mistakenly provided us with an incorrect or insufficient address or would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately with the corrected information. If your order has not yet shipped, we will correct it immediately with no problem. if your order has already been shipped via USPS, we must wait until delivery is attempted and then returned back to us before we can change the address or provide you with a refund - please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and additional shipping charges will incur for reshipment. If your order has already been shipped via UPS, we can contact the carrier to reroute to the correct address - please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and additional charges will incur for rerouting. In the case where a package is refused and shipped back to us, customers will be responsible for the original shipping charges

Returns & Exchanges:

Within 30 days of payment: 2Market2 gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds must be accompanied by the original invoice and will be made in the form of the original payment. Please note that for our refunds we offer store/website credit or exchange. We do not provide refunds or cash back. PLEASE NOTE: Once Loved, Vintage and Handmade items are not returnable.  Please make sure to open and inspect your order within the 30 day period - as any claims cannot be made thereafter. Please note that sale items or items purchased using a discount code are issued an exchange or store credit only. All returned items must be returned in original, sealable and unused condition with the original packing materials. Please make sure that items are well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping cost are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Return the item back to us at the address below using any traceable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund it as you instruct on the invoice. There's no additional shipping and handling charges on exchanges; we'll just ask that you pay for the return postage.

To make a return or exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain this, please email us at and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We'll then reply back with your RMA #, which you'll need to include in the address field of your package. This RMA # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA #.

Upon receipt of the shipment, 2Market2 will contact you by email to confirm your website/ store credit. Please reference your RMA number when calling to check on the status of your return.

Once Loved, Vintage & Custom Items

All sales on once loved, vintage and custom items are final (we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges on these items).We describe all once loved and vintage items, through both photography and copy, as accurately as possible, If you have any questions or concerns at all about a particular item, please make sure to contact us before you make your purchase.

Damages/Defective Merchandise 

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately. Email for a return authorization on damaged items.

Sales Tax

We collect Colorado sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Colorado Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.

Out Of Stock

While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available. In this case, please click and fill out the Request Re-stock Notification form on the item page.  We will do our best to re-stock what we are able to, but many of our items are one-of-a-kinds and can not be re-stocked.  We do love hearing from you items you are interested in us finding as we are out treasure hunting!

Sales & Promos

Please note that we do not offer rain checks if an item which is discounted, on sale, or out-of-stock at the time of the promotion.
